Liability for contents
IPT Technology has compiled the content of its pages with utmost care. However, IPT Technology does not assume any liability concerning the correctness, completeness and up-to-dateness of the contents. IPT Technology is neither obliged to monitor third-party information, which has been transmitted or stored nor to search for circumstances that would indicate illegal activity. Obligations to remove or block the use of such information in accordance with the general laws shall remain unaffected. Any liability in this respect, however, is only possible from the moment at which knowledge of a specific violation of the law is obtained. In the event that we become aware of any legal violations, we shall immediately remove corresponding content.
Liability for links
The websites of IPT Technology may contain links to external websites of third parties, on the content of which we do not have any influence or control. Thus, IPT Technology cannot assume liability for this content. The liability for linked pages lies exclusively with the respective operators or providers. The linked pages were checked for possible legal violations at the time the links were created. Illegal content could not be identified at that time. However, an ongoing content-related controlling of the linked pages is not feasible without any indication that the law has been violated. In the event that we become aware of any legal violations, we shall immediately remove corresponding links.
The content and works on these IPT Technology websites are subject to German copyright law. Duplication, processing, distribution as well as any kind of exploitation, which lies beyond the limits of copyright law, requires the written consent of IPT Technology. Downloads and copies of website contents are permitted only for private, not commercial use. Hyperlinks to the websites of IPT Technology are explicitly welcome. We would be grateful for information on any activated link.
